Man has struggled in over weight ever since they started to eat processed foods. It’s also a known fact that over weight is mainly direct connection with peoples’ food habits. I spoke to a traditional eastern ayurvedic (treat patients by using only herbs) practitioner in India about this. He gave a good solution for this problem once and for all.
It’s a known fact that buddhist monks also do not take dinner at night. They don’t do it for over weight but for good health as they do not involve in exercises.
Some people use weight loss recipes to reduce weight but should do it with good food habits.
Here’s what ayurvedic doctor said if you really wanted to loose weight
Take the dinner at around 5.00 p.m. not at night. The main reason is you’ll deposit much fat or extra calorie if you eat at night. If you eat dinner at night and go to bed you’ll deposit unwanted extra calorie in to your body. Eat a high fiber vegetarian, fruit dinner at 5.00 p.m. this will help to reduce amount of fat deposited. For the dinner do not take carbohydrates rich foods at all. If you feel hungry at night just eat fruit like apple just to avoid hunger. If you eat high fiber vegetarian diet at 5.00p.m. you will not feel hungry for a long time.
Another benefit of taking dinner at this time is you’ll feel hungry in the morning.
If you can’t take dinner at this time take it as early as possible that is after 5.00 p.m.
Drink water between meals and avoid eating between meals.
Avoid carbohydrates rich foods like fast foods, rice and bread as much as possible instead eat fruits and vegetables. This way you’ll not get hungry between meals because our body takes much longer time to digest fiber rich foods than processed foods.
Take vegetarian, fruits as much as possible for all 3 meals. Calorie intake of vegetarian, fruits is enough for average persons’ daily calorie requirement. Just think of an elephant only eat grass but the energy that elephant has?
This formula above has been used and tested and it has to work for you. The ayurvedic doctor himself follows this method.
In addition to above you can drink approximately one bottle of water after you wake up and wait about 45 minutes after drinking water, and take breakfast. 1st few days you’ll want to go to toilet more often but later on you’ll use to it. Start with lesser amount of water and increase it gradually up to 1 liters (1L) bottle of water if possible or amount that you can cope with. Also drink water between meals.
You’ll see clear skin, refreshed good skin tone and I personally reduce my acne problem with out any pills by just drinking water as above.
If you can follow all of above you’ll not only loose weight but also you’ll benefit from lower cholesterol levels, normal blood pressure and avoid risk of paralyze, good skin tone and also longer life time.
