3 fresh pitted apricots
1/2 medium apple cut into chunks
2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 cup pure water
Dash of cinnamon
Stevia to taste
Soak the flaxseeds overnight and drain. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary.
